Jefrey obtained his LLB (Hons) degree from Multimedia University (MMU). Jefrey commenced his mandatory pupillage in a prestigious law firm in Melaka which allowed him to gain vast experience in conveyancing practice. 

Thereafter, Jefrey joined two reputable litigation firms in Klang Valley which specialize in employment disputes and general litigation. Prior to the establishment of his own firm, Jefrey was also made as a partner in a firm located in Klang Valley.   

Jefrey also currently handling criminal litigation and immigration practices. His experience includes but not limited to conduct of full trials, hearings and appeals at all level of Malaysia Court. 

Jefrey believes that everyone has the right for legal representation in Court of Law. As such, Jefrey accepts brief regularly on pro-bono basis for legal representation in Court. Apart from that, Jefrey is an active NGO member who currently serves for a few different organisations.

黄平安律师在多媒体大学（MMU）获得了法学学士（荣誉）学位。黄平安律师在马六甲一家著名的律师事务所开始了他的律师实习，这使他在转让实践方面获得了丰富的经验。在实习中，他也获取了不少宝贵和丰富的买卖转让手续经验。

此后，黄平安律师加入了巴生谷两家著名的诉讼律师事务所，专门处理雇员纠纷和民事诉讼。在成立自己的公司之前，黄平安律师也曾任命为位于巴生谷的一家律师事务所合伙人。  

黄平安律师目前也处理刑事诉讼和移民案件。他的经验包括但不限于在马来西亚各级法院进行全面审判、听证和上诉。

黄平安律师认为每个人都有权利在法庭上获得法律代表。因此，黄平安律师经常以无偿服务的方式接受法庭上的法律代表。除此之外，Jefrey还是一个活跃的非政府组织成员，目前为几个不同的组织服务。
